by purchasing a commission, YOU acknowledge and fully understand the following (should you have any questions, you can find places to contact me here):

i can draw:
♡ humanoids
♡ flat faced anthros
♡ kemonomimis

i cannot draw:
♡ full mecha
♡ any depiction of sexually explicit materials, fetishes or any form of hateful, racist or bigoted imagery
♡ furries, anthros or ferals

no refunds are given no matter the circumstances, & no refunds are given if the commission is canceled (meaning if you cancel your commission, you are not entitled to getting your money back).

payment will be sent after receiving a watermarked sketch that is approved by you (you have 7 days to approve)

you may not use the commission or my (the artist’s) name in a way which would damage my reputation or credibility as an artist, or which would hurt the good spirit of the commission

you will pay for the commission and provide at leat 1 clear reference image

you are not receiving a physical product, but a digital image and i am not responsible for printing a physical copy of it

you cannot claim that you made the artwork

if you want to use the image for commerical use, there is an additional cost (+50% of the cost), but you may not use the commission to make nfts / non-fungible tokens or use it in a way that is illegal, (morally) wrong, or unjust

i can refuse / decline your commission without the need of an explanation

i will not reproduce a copyrighted image without consent of its copyright owner

i will not draw any depiction of sexually explicit materials, fetishes or any form of hateful, racist or bigoted imagery

the maximum time needed to complete a commission (30 days) may be extended in emergency situations out of my control

(only applies to the payment form of eGift cards) if you are under 18, you must provide contact information or consent from a parent or guardian to purchase both the egift card and commission. i have the right to contact said parent / guardian to ensure that there is no breach in the terms of service, and you are able to pay for the commission

you will be blocked everywhere and have your name posted publicly if you break the terms

by purchasing an adoptable, YOU acknowledge and fully understand the following (should you have any questions, you can find places to contact me here):

no refunds are given no matter the circumstances (no, you can’t “return” the adopt!).

you will pay before the images are sent to you. you have 7 days to pay and if you do not, the characted will be put back up for adoption

with the adoptable, you may:
claim you own the character
repost it with credit
draw the character after purchasing them
make minor changes to the character after purchasing them
gift, trade and re-sell the character (no more than the price you originally paid for it unless it comed with extra art)

with the adoptable, you may not:
claim you designed / created the character
make extreme changes to the character after purchasing them, to the point where the character / design is unrecognizable
make changes to the character after purchasing them that are sexually explicit or offensive / insensitive

you will be blocked everywhere and have your name posted publicly if you break the terms
